Have questions?
Flexibility? Pfft! The only thing you need to be flexible about is your schedule! Whether you can touch your toes or not, we promise you’ll leave feeling like a pretzel (or at least a well-stretched rubber band).
Wear whatever makes you feel fabulous! Spandex? Sure! Pajamas? Why not! Just remember, if you can’t do a downward dog without a wardrobe malfunction, maybe reconsider your outfit choice. Safety first, fashion second!
Absolutely! Pizza is the answer to many of life’s questions. Just make sure you’re not trying to do a Warrior pose while dreaming of pepperoni. Focus on your breathing and maybe save the pizza thoughts for savasana (the nap part).
Ah, the age-old question! Some say it takes years, others say it just takes one really good Instagram post. But remember, yoga isn’t about mastering poses; it’s about mastering the art of looking fabulous while trying (and sometimes failing) to balance on one leg!
While we love your furry friends, yoga classes are usually a pet-free zone. But if your dog can do a perfect downward dog or your cat can nail a sun salutation, we might reconsider! Just remember: no one likes a yoga class interrupted by a surprise game of fetch!
We accept cash, bank transfers, and the occasional promise of eternal flexibility. Just kidding! Stick with cash or transfers, and leave the mystical offers at home!
While we appreciate your commitment to relaxation, we can’t offer refunds for nap time! However, if you do wake up with a newfound sense of calm and balance, consider it a win-win!
Missing a class is like skipping dessert—it’s a sad day, but we won’t judge! Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for missed classes, but we can promise you’ll get a warm welcome (and maybe a little envy) when you return! In case of an emergency, please do inform us ahead of time and we will certainly be nice and accommodate you!
Fear not! We offer a trial class because we believe in love at first downward dog, not lifelong commitments right off the bat. Come try it out before you decide if you want to tie the knot with yoga!
Sure, you can pass the love (and the class pass) to a friend! Just remember, if they can’t do a headstand, it’s not your fault—they should have been practicing!
